Florida Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. is dedicated to Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR). 

We help people resolve problems in ways that limit or even avoid the time and expense of litigation and trial.  To do this, we offer a variety of services including, but not limited to:

• Mediation;
• Arbitration;
• Hybrids of arbitration and mediation such as mediation followed by arbitration and arbitration followed by mediation; and
• Special Magistrates.
